Limitation of Liability & Service Acknowledgment

Agentic Hawaii LLC's storm preparation service is a residential estate coordination and facilitation service performed on a best-effort basis. It does not constitute a structural inspection, engineering assessment, or guarantee of any outcome.

Agentic Hawaii LLC does not warrant or represent that storm preparation services will prevent property damage, flooding, wind loss, or any other storm-related harm; satisfy the requirements of any insurance carrier, vacancy endorsement, or HOA; or ensure timely completion of all tasks where safety, access, or conditions make performance impracticable.

Third-party vendors and contractors coordinated by Agentic Hawaii LLC operate as independent contractors. Agentic Hawaii LLC assumes no liability for vendor acts, omissions, or work product.

To the maximum extent permitted by Hawaii law, Agentic Hawaii LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from storm preparation services shall not exceed the total fees paid for such services in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By engaging storm preparation services — verbally, in writing, or by conduct — Client acknowledges and agrees to the foregoing terms. Full terms are governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement and Hawaii-Specific Liability Supplement. This content does not constitute legal advice.
