Property Financial Administration (Oversight)
Purpose
To ensure financial clarity, discipline, and accountability at the individual-residence level while preserving proper controls, segregation of duties, and owner agency.
Mandate
Agentic provides financial oversight, not transaction execution. Our role is to ensure that every expense related to a residence is:
appropriate in scope
accurately represented
correctly classified
aligned with long-term ownership objectives
Agentic does not perform bookkeeping, bill pay, or tax services. Execution (bill pay, bookkeeping, tax reporting) is handled by the owner’s CPA, bookkeeper, or a vetted accounting partner.
Scope of Oversight

Invoice verification
Confirming services were delivered, scopes were met, and pricing is consistent with agreements.Expense classification
Applying standardized property-level coding and distinguishing operating expenses from capital activity.Approval discipline
Reviewing and approving expenses prior to payment, with exceptions escalated only when material.Budget monitoring
Tracking budget vs. actuals by residence and identifying emerging cost trends early.Owner reporting
Delivering concise, decision-ready financial summaries by residence.
