Our Origins.
Agentic's story begins on Oʻahu in 2004.
Agentic's story begins on Oʻahu in 2004, where our Principal, Jason Taira, started his career with what was then one of the fastest-growing independent mortgage banks in Honolulu.
He would spend the next ten years on its project lending team, structuring buyer financing for more than a dozen condominium conversion and affordable development projects.
From there, Jason transitioned into the luxury space, specializing in jumbo-loan financing and home sales, and working alongside some of the most respected agents and brokerage networks in the world.
