Beyond the membership

Only three things ever appear.

  • A Recharge: three additional Steward Hours, valid for three months
  • A Steward Day: your residence attended for up to eight hours, for events and renovations
  • Pass-through costs, such as vendor invoices and groceries, at cost with no markup

Our commitments

How the membership is kept simple.

Every residence is scoped individually, and each membership carries an allowance of Steward Hours set out in your proposal. Estate Complete for a home in Away mode begins at $825 per month. Agentic is not a licensed storm-response, construction, engineering, or remediation provider, and assumes no responsibility for guaranteeing the prevention of storm-related damage or loss.
