Where it Began,

Agentic’s story starts on O‘ahu in 2004, where I had the great fortune to be recruited by what was then the fastest-growing independent mortgage bank in Honolulu. A year later, I joined their project-lending teams, where I would spend the next ten years structuring buyer financing for more than a dozen condo conversion and new development projects.

Over the following decade, I transitioned into the luxury space, specializing in jumbo-loan financing and home sales, studying under some of the most respected agents and brokerage networks in the world.

These experiences are the foundation upon which Agentic Hawai‘i is designed — with one simple but powerful mission: Effortless Ownership.
